Important Safety Screening
Plant medicines are not appropriate for everyone. Please do not apply if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure or a significant heart, neurological, liver, kidney, or seizure condition. Any current or past history of psychosis, schizophrenia, mania, bipolar I disorder, or a similar condition may be destabilized by these medicines and requires careful consideration.
Ayahuasca has MAOI activity and can interact with many substances, including antidepressants, stimulants, decongestants, cough and pain medicines, psychiatric medications, recreational drugs, and supplements. Lithium and other medications may also carry risks with psychedelics. Please disclose all medications and supplements on your health questionnaire.
Informed & Voluntary Participation
Plant medicine ceremonies involve real physical, emotional, and psychological risks, and no screening process can eliminate them. Participation is entirely your own choice. By applying, you confirm that you have read this information, answered the health questionnaire honestly and completely, and understand that you take part at your own risk and accept responsibility for that decision. All participants will be asked to sign an informed consent and liability release before attending.
