Massage Must‑Haves
Specialized bodywork for lymphatic & vascular health
A small practice in Tiffin, Ohio, built around one focus: therapeutic massage and Manual Lymph Drainage for people managing lymphatic and vascular conditions, post-surgical recovery, and a range of related conditions — working alongside the physicians who refer them.
OFFICE SERVICES
Therapeutic modalities, tailored to what your body needs
Every session is built around your referral and your goals. These are the modalities I draw from — individually or combined — depending on what you and your physician are treating.
Manual Therapy
MFR & MLD
Myofascial release or Manual Lymph Drainage — slow, precise work specific to lymphatic and fascial restriction.
Bodywork
Massage
Soft tissue work focused on the areas your referral identifies — from general tension to post-surgical recovery.
Bodywork
Hot Stone Massage
Warmed stones used alongside massage technique to ease tension and encourage deeper relaxation.
Manual Therapy
MFR & MLD
Myofascial release or Manual Lymph Drainage — slow, precise work specific to lymphatic and fascial restriction.
Bodywork
Hot & Cold Packs
Applied during a session to prepare tissue or calm inflammation, depending on what's being treated. Sometimes used for contrast therapy.
Add-On
Peppermint Sugar Foot Scrub
A refreshing exfoliating scrub, added on to soften and revive tired feet.
How this practice works: I prefer to see clients by physician referral, though it isn't required to reach out. I don't bill insurance directly — most clients use their HSA or FSA to cover sessions, and I can provide the documentation needed to support that.

Supporting recovery. Restoring flow. Improving quality of life.
This is the heart of my practice. I'm MLD Certified through ACOLS, with years of hands-on clinical experience treating lymphatic and vascular conditions — work I bring into a quiet, focused practice in Tiffin, Ohio.

BEYOND THE TABLE
Bringing hands-on care to where people already are
Two ways I'm working to extend therapeutic touch further than my own treatment room — starting small, and growing as the need does.
For Medical Staff
Hands-On Skills Training
Nurses, PTs, and other licensed staff already have the scope to use hands-on technique — they just don't always have the training to fully use it. I teach practical, back-to-basics massage skills that build on what your license already allows.

ABOUT
Heather Fisher, LMT, MLD-C

After a plant medicine ceremony, a big life rupture, or years of quiet disconnection between what you believe and how you actually move through the world, your brain and body are often doing something they've never done before: talking to each other. New neural pathways are opening. Old patterns are loosening their grip. And that window — the one right after the breakthrough — is exactly where most people are left on their own.
That's where I come in.
I'm Heather Sager, a licensed massage therapist and educator with over 2 decades of hands-on clinical experience reading the body — where it holds tension, where it holds history, and where it's ready to release.
